Senior Band members attended a memorial event in Southam for a local Parachute Regiment Soldier that was killed in Afghanistan a couple of years ago. The event was to raise money for the Families of other Paratroopers killed or wounded in action. www.jjsmemorialfund.org/

We held a competition recently to design a picture for the 25t Anniversary web page. Many thanks to those that entered. The winner was Peter Vinall, selected by the Banbury Town Mayor. Click HERE for the runners up.

Also, a big thank you to Christopher Olds who played Last Post at the recent Funeral of James Robins, a member of the Bodicote RBL who passed away recently.

Tickets have been booked to see the Band of HM Royal Marines on Saturday 6th Feb, at the Derngate Theatre in Northampton. As we style our Band on the Marines, it will be an ideal chance to experience them performing live, and hopefully pick up a few tips !
