As usual the Day started out overcast and a few spots of rain. However, just as we set off on the 'Long March', the sun came out and we then had glorious sunshine and high temperatures for the rest of the day !

A good turnout again, both in appearance and quality of music. There were also a large number of onlookers for the Carnival and Fete, encouraged out by the fine weather.

A special thanks to Juliette for helping out on this Parade.

Many people at the Fete were full of praise for the Band and thorougly enjoyed the event. The Fete Comittee also asked for their thanks to be passed on to all Band members for their efforts, and hope to see them all next Year - with the sun again - hopefully not quite as hot
