The Sun and crowds were out in force for this local event.

The Band set up a recruitment stand at the event which attracted some attention during the day. Hopefully we will see some new recruits shortly.

The Band performed routine 2 to start and gave a very creditable performance considering the hot conditions.

After a short break the Band then joined with the Banbury Air Cadet Band for a Massed Band Finale. The display went very well considering the limited time practicing together. The crowd gave a big show of appreciation for the performance, again in very hot conditions.

A special mention to Di, who managed to find the only pothole on the field ! All credit to her for carrying on playing as she stumbled.

Hopefully the sunburn will calm down soon. Well done to all.
