The village of Cottenham near Cambridge celebrated the 50th anniversary of VE and VJ days in style. It also gave our Band the thrill of playing on the same bill as their heroes The Band of HM Royal Marines School of Music, Deal.

The TYMBA Nationals were again held in Telford and creditable results were obtained for a second year.
